In this special encounter, associate artist Trajal Harrell and choreographer Pichet Klunchun engage in a conversation about their vision of dance and the renewal of dance traditions. The Artist to Artist talk offers a unique glimpse into the minds of these creators. Whether you're a dance enthusiast, an art student, or a curious festival visitor, this is your chance to ask your questions. From Thai classical dance to postmodern dance, voguing, and butoh. How do they build upon the heritage of their predecessors, and what do they leave behind for future generations? What is the future of dance? How do tradition and innovation remain in balance?
