How do young Congolese artists deal with their country's past? Faire-part is a collective of Belgian and Congolese filmmakers which investigates what artists have to deal with in the shift from the colonial to the postcolonial era. Échangeur and Faire-part, two experimental documentaries about artists in Kinshasa and how they want to challenge social injustice in their country, will be screened. They will be preceded by the sort film Bidon Vil, about a Congolese artist that makes toys out of plastic waste.
