If you play the bassoon, then this is your chance to perform at the famous Main Hall of the Concertgebouw. The Holland Festival has commissioned composer Merlijn Twaalfhoven to write a piece for more than one hundred bassoonists of all abilities. This world premiere will be the crowning event of the Save the Bassoon campaign. We need bassoonists of every level to take part in this great event. Join us for rehearsals and play along in the world premiere on Saturday 25 June.
