What’s ‘right and proper’ in the theatre? HF Young Academy invites some experts to explain the do’s and don’ts, the written and unwritten rules, when visiting the theatre. How do you behave? What’s the ideal posture to watch and listen? Guest speakers – among them composer Merlijn Twaalfhoven, who frequently stages experiments to augment the concert experience – discuss which rules they think are hopelessly outdated and should be broken. There will also be some interactive installations on show and drinks and a DJ to conclude the evening.
