The bassoon is a modest instrument for modest people, according to bassoon virtuoso Bram van Sambeek, who sees himself as an exception to the rule. Try for yourself and register for our beginners introduction. In June, you will receive an afternoon’s bassoon instruction taught by Bram van Sambeek and Stefanie Liedtke. Then you will take part in the rehearsals for Merlijn Twaalfhoven’s Prom concert and perform in the world premiere at the Concertgebouw. During this period, you can have a bassoon on loan. Availability is limited.
