The Austrian composer Georg Friedrich Haas and the Afro-American writer and BDSM educator Mollena Lee Williams-Haas are bringing hyena to the festival, a performance about Williams-Haas’s alcoholism. The two have an open kink relationship; she is his slave and muse and he is her master, a combination offensive to many. The documentary The Artist & The Pervert follows the couple for a year in which they work on hyena and their relationship is put under pressure by the election of Donald Trump.
