For the hearing impaired, there is a loop in National Opera & Ballet. When purchasing tickets (online), keep in mind that no signal is offered in some places. Below you can see which places this concerns. If you wear a hearing aid, please ensure that it is not set too loud, as it may cause a ringing sound that is difficult to trace and may disturb other visitors.

Wheelchair spaces
National Opera & Ballet is easily accessible for wheelchair users. There is an adapted lift and an adapted toilet. Space has been reserved at auditorium level for wheelchair users and their companions. You can book these special seats by telephone at the box office (020-6255455). The wheelchair places are all equipped with a screen for the subtitles.
