In this film lecture in EYE, Scott Mackenzie shows how manifestos
changed the world. In response to Julian Rosefeldt’s film installation
Manifesto Mackenzie looks at the major role film manifestos
have always played in challenging and criticising dominant
ideologies. Mackenzie is assistant professor of film and media
at Queens University in Kingston, Canada. Mackenzie wrote
Film Manifestos and Global Cinema Cultures (2014).
