Chihiro Geuzenbroek

Chihiro Geuzenbroek has been committed to decolonial climate justice since 2009. She is the director/producer of the climate justice documentary Radical Friends and organised the (first) bloc against climate racism at the annual anti-racism demonstration in the Netherlands. She has filmed for activist collectives like Code Rood, Fossil Free Culture and Shell Must Fall, and has worked on short video productions for various NGOs. Chihiro is a co-founder of the pan-decolonisation foundation Aralez. In 2020, she made the exhibition People Powered movement vs Shell. Through spoken-word and as a singer-songwriter, she helps create a culture for indigenous rights and climate justice. Her mission is to restore and retell the relationship between the earth and human beings.
