Twin brothers Bryce and Aaron Dessner (1976) are best known as guitarists of US rock band The National. With this band, they made the albums The National (2001), Sad Songs for Dirty Lovers (2003), Alligator (2005), Boxer (2007) and High Violet (2010). Aaron Dessner writes most of the music for this band. He has also collaborated with musicians such as David Byrne, Clogs, Doveman, Final Fantasy, Feist, Grizzly Bear, Hayden, Justin Vernon and My Brightest Diamond.
